Road Racing Kicks off at Annaclone
Its finally here……all that training on the turbo, training in the cold and wet. The race bike has been polished, new parts added and kit all washed. Can it really be the start of Road Racing Season!!
The Banbridge CC promoted Travers Engineering Annaclone GP will once again be the opening race of the Ulster road racing calendar on Saturday 20th February. Held on the popular 8 mile circuit with rolling roads it will be the opportunity for those who have had a good off season to flex their muscles and test their race legs out in a bid for some early season glory. The Dromara man ready to test himself in the A3 race is a young Stephen Irvine with Ivan Bradford, Trevor Wright & Stevie Stranney ready to show their form in the A4 race.
On Sunday Nathan Mullan will be competing in the A2 race of the George Rooney Phoenix Grand Prix Sponsored by Portview Fit-out Ltd. Stevie Stranney is making it two races for the weekend with competing in the A4 race.
Good Luck Lads.
