There was a dramatic start to the proceedings when the finish stop watch failed due to a flat battery. Unfortunately by this time  Zak and Davy were on their way up the hill and Deek was standing exhausted at the top.

After some alteration to the timing equipment all set off again.

This time everything went to plan. Well to plan that is for the time keeping side of things. Deek looked a lot slower over the top on this run as expected but Davy set an impressive time on his new mountain bike to take 2nd place while young Zak Hanna posted an impressive 1:55sec on his second run. Fastest man on the night was Noel Gibson with a time of 1:06.
