Dromara Cycling Club - Club Calendar 2008 - DRAFT 1
All members please view this PDF file (16 KB) to see which days you have been put down for marshalling / timekeeping or other support for the club.  Can you let Trevor know asap if you will not be available on those dates and then suggest which dates you will be available to help out?  We are especially keen to get more volunteers to do timekeeping.  

Also, can you have a look at the selection of circuits we are proposing to use and feed back any comments you have about these?  

NOTE: This is only the first draft of the calendar and as yet nothing is 'set in stone'.

Dromara's Darren Weir is chosen for the Cycling Ulster Team
Congratulations to Darren for being selected for the CU team at next Sundays St. Patrick's Classic Race from Downpatrick to Armagh.  

This is a great personal achievement for Darren and all at Dromara Cycling Club applaud his efforts.  Read more here.

Trailquest Winter League 2007

Dromara Cycling Club are pleased to announce a three round winter league of our popular trailquests.  All proceeds and a club donation will be given to The Northern Ireland Children's Cancer Home, Shimna Valley, at Bryansford Road, Newcastle.

Every Saturday and Sunday there are club cycle runs which cater for both levels of cyclists.  For those new to cycling or just wish to take it steady there is our ever popular "Slow Patrol" group and for those who wish to keep up their fitness throughout the winter we have the "No Control" bunch.  

Both usually leave from the same place at roughly the same time then meet later on for tea, coffee, soup etc.  Click here to link to our message board for more details.
